FROG DISSECTIONS :)

We wrapped up our unit on Body Systems with the opportunity to dissect frogs. These frogs were provided through a grant with Donor's Choose. The students enjoyed this lab and many who thought they couldn't do it ended up thoroughly into it!

WHAT'S YOUR BLOOD TYPE?

While students didn't really discover what their blood type was, they were able to discover the compatibility of the different types of blood.

TASTE BUDS?!?!?

This is a great lab that allows us to explore our different taste buds. Students isolate a taste to different areas of the tongue and discover that 'taste' is a combination of all of these areas!
